Description of the meetings Folder

The meetings folder serves as a centralized repository for documenting interactions between developers, testers, and business stakeholders throughout the project. It contains detailed records of meetings presented as staged dialogues, resembling scripted scenes. Each dialogue includes:

• Scene descriptions setting the context and environment of the conversation
• Character introductions identifying the participants (actors) involved in the discussion
• The dialogue itself, written as a realistic exchange of ideas, questions, and decisions

This format aims to create an engaging and clear overview of collaboration and decision-making processes within the team.

Since this project is also used as a learning platform for the team, the meeting dialogues are generated with the help of AI. This approach helps simulate various scenarios and encourages reflective discussion without the need for live transcription or manual meeting notes.

The meetings folder is designed to be both an educational resource and a source of project context, enabling team members to revisit key conversations and better understand the rationale behind technical and business decisions.
